What this site is
A static, SEO-friendly directory for Greater Houston focused on two niches on one site: (1) water damage restoration paired with inspection-only mold assessors, and (2) local roof repair with an anti–storm-chaser lens. Toronto / GTA is planned as a phase-2 market.
Methodology
- Seed listings researched from public company websites on 2026-10-27.
- We record phones, websites, addresses, and certification claims only when publicly stated.
- If a credential cannot be verified from public pages, the field is marked unconfirmed — check with provider. We do not invent license numbers.
- Mold listings prioritize firms that state they do not remediate.
- Roofer listings prioritize physical local addresses and manufacturer certifications when stated.
- Franchise vs independent tags are based on public branding; when unclear we default to independent and note gaps in the progress log.
What we are not
- Not a referral network (yet) and not an endorsement of any contractor.
- Not a substitute for TDLR, IICRC, municipal permit, or insurance verification.
- Not affiliated with listed companies unless a future featured-listing agreement says otherwise.
Monetization roadmap (not active on this static build)
Planned: US affiliate / pay-per-lead networks for restoration and roofing, plus paid featured listings for independents. No affiliate links or tracking pixels ship in this skeleton.
Domain & brand notes
This project needs a niche-fit domain (restoration / home-services directory), not a solar brand domain. Sudhir owns accendosolar.com; Mogul decided not to use it for this site (solar brand ≠ restoration niche). Treat accendosolar.com as an owned-but-not-for-this-project asset.
